The views from the terrace were amazing, with the ocean stretching far into the distance. Every morning, I enjoyed an amazing breakfast with a delicious selection that set the perfect tone for the day. The swimming pool area was a true paradise.

appreciated how the perfectly clean and relaxing queen room with lovely balconies was arranged when we arrived. the pool was lovely, lovely breakfasts with live music and all available views, for example. location: the hotel was right by jungle and ocean, local beaches and restaurants and ojochal.

The king room we booked was tasteful. The staff were incredibly attentive and top-class and knew the area. It was based in beautiful building in a wonderful and tranquil location, down the hill to El Castillo.

The breakfast was amazing there. The room was big. Hotel's restaurant served great meals.

The private pool area feels exclusive, providing an ideal spot for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of tourist spots.

The breakfast was a highlight, especially when we were greeted by cheeky monkeys swinging in the nearby trees. They also host an interactive show at the Bamboo Room that the whole family enjoyed!

My wife says that the steep access road was a bit rough for our family car.

Fine views of the valley and ocean create a picturesque backdrop, complemented by a vibrant atmosphere at the Bamboo Room, where the live music enhances the dining experience. The food was a highlight, especially the indulgent pastries that left a lasting impression. Accessing the hotel proved challenging, particularly the steep driveway and the final incline, which could be difficult for some vehicles. Despite the beauty of the surroundings, the noise from wildlife could at times disrupt tranquility.

Tropical Escape with Fine Views

A nice stay improved with friendly staff and amazing sunsets. The Bamboo Room served delicious meals, especially the Wasabi Tuna. Relaxing by the private pool reminded me of our own paradise. Ensure a four-wheel drive to navigate the steep driveway. It's entirely worth the adventure.

Alma De Ojochal offers an amazing and fantastic location on a mountain surrounded by lush jungle, just a 15-minute walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark. the unit is impeccably clean and comes equipped with an electric kettle and a fridge. Guests can enjoy astonishing and exceptional meals.

I had a fantastic stay at Alma De Ojochal! the unit was comfortable and came equipped with coffee and tea makers, as well as a fridge, making it very convenient. the private bathroom felt luxurious, which added to my overall experience. the hotel staff were wonderful and helpful throughout my stay. Plus, the location is perfect, situated right by the valley and close to amazing restaurants and some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer!

Absolutely fine views from my balcony! The pool was refreshing and just the right spot for a lazy afternoon. Rooms are cozy, though you might feel a bit too close to your neighbors at times!

The driveway is a bit of a workout. I almost considered packing a pair of hiking boots! And don't expect to sneak out for midnight snacks without your neighbors hearing!

The views from alma were amazing, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The pool was great to relax in, and we enjoyed the excellent food, especially the breakfast options. It's just a short drive down the hill to el castillo!
